Coronavirus - Information on the current status of the event
The EPC 2020 organisers are continuing to monitor the evolving situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19) through the advice of public health authorities.
We wish to reassure our exhibitors, attendees and staff that health and safety is our utmost concern as we consider any decisions around EPC 2020.
Based on the official guidelines of both national and international health authorities, we do not foresee cancelling EPC 2020 at this stage.
If our assessment of the situation changes based on new developments and public health information, we will promptly update this website.

Modification and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:
- Until May 4th 2020: full refund of your registration fees.
- No refund will be issued after May 4th 2020.
Name changes are possible for the same type of registration and will be invoiced 50€ tax included.
The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
